Please be aware the customer/recipient is responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, or fees. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and collected by U.S. Customs or the carrier upon arrival at the border, or upon delivery in the U.S., and cannot be predicted or included in the purchase price of our products. Please note if the customer/recipient refuses to pay the import duties, taxes, or fees, they will not be eligible for a refund due to order abandonment or the costs we incur associated to retrieve the shipped items.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the order shipment date to request a return.
Please note we cannot accept returns on opened or worn apparel items (such as bicycle helmets), sale items, clearance items, gift card purchases, 3rd Party gift card purchases, trading cards and digital downloads.
Return shipping costs are assumed by Brown’s Hobby & Game for damaged or defective items only. For the return of undamaged or non-defective items, customer is responsible for any shipping costs. Customer may drop off undamaged or non-defective items to avoid return shipping costs.
Any return of a damaged or undamaged, defective or non-defective item(s), will be subject to a 20% administration fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and in a resalable, as-new condition. You’ll also need the purchase receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are not accepted without the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item and your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to the email address associated with the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Electronics
To be eligible for return or exchange, all electronics must be returned in it's original, factory sealed, unopened package.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges, if any, are non-refundable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
